Terms and Conditions
Definition of our terminology as used within this document:
1. A 'Project' is any work undertaken or service provided by User Friendly Organisers Ltd. for the client on their request and as described in our confirmation order email to that client.
2. A 'Client' is a person, persons, business or organisation using any of the services provided by User Friendly Organisers Ltd.
3. 'The Payment Period' shall be the time allowed by User Friendly Organisers Ltd.for receipt of all monies owed to User Friendly Organisers Ltd. by the client.
4. 'Live Mode' will be from the date the website is available on the client's chosen domain.
5. 'Domain' is the website address as specified by the client.
6. 'Open Source Software' is software made freely available to anyone under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
7. 'Hosting' is a yearly cost to keep a client's website activated online.
8. 'Content' is both text and images that the client requires on the website.
9. 'internetmarketinglondon.com web design' is a trading name of User Friendly Organisers Ltd

1. The contract between internetmarketinglondon.com web design and the client will be on these conditions to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing.
2. The works to be carried out shall be as set out in the internetmarketinglondon.com web design confirmation order email.
3. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4. All quotes and/or estimates are valid for a period of no longer than 45 days unless otherwise stated.
5. internetmarketinglondon.com web design will only commence work on a project after receipt of 50% deposit of the quoted project fee from the client. The final 50% payment is to be made on completion of the website. The website will be switched to live mode once the client's remaining balance is paid in full, including any agreed costs. If we invoice you on a monthly basis we will issue you for an invoice for work done. The terms of our invoice are 7 days, we reserve the right to charge you a late payment charge as stated on your invoice for payments made outside of these terms.
6. internetmarketinglondon.com web design reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the client for any reason. A refund is not guaranteed by internetmarketinglondon.com web design
